Writing a cookbook can be a very tiring process. I have been at this for a few months and yet, somehow, I think I am making very little progress. We have a restaurant so it would be so easy to just use those! But, no, I like to create new things and like to do things the hard way so I am creating and inventing new things as I go. Writing it is not a bad thing but finding the printing/publishing company is more of a challenge and a bit out of my knowledge-base. I keep changing my mind on the format and the printing of the book based on how expensive my book will cost to be printed. Then the whole marketing thing. I have read so many blogs in the past few months and they offered excellent pointers but I just need a combination of those solutions and then I will have the book I want to have.
Well, the search is still on but in the meantime, I continue to create, document, test and send off to the editor...
